Warranty and Returns Policy
At ShoplyOz, we comply with the rights and guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law. Our policy does not exclude, limit, or replace any consumer rights available under applicable Australian laws.
Most products sold through Shoply Oz include a 12-month warranty unless otherwise specified on the product page. Certain items may include an extended warranty period. Please refer to the individual product listing for warranty details.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty claims may not be accepted where the issue results from:
* Normal wear and tear through regular use
* Incorrect assembly, misuse, or modification of the product
* Improper handling, neglect, or abuse
* Lack of reasonable maintenance or care
* Damage caused by improper storage or use
* Damage to external packaging only
* Accidental or intentional damage caused after delivery
Each warranty request is reviewed individually. Depending on the nature of the issue, we may:
* Supply replacement parts
* Recommend a repair solution
* Replace the product (subject to availability)
* Provide an equivalent alternative product
* Offer a partial or full refund or store credit where appropriate
How to Submit a Warranty Claim

* Your order number
* Product name and quantity affected
* Clear photos or videos showing the issue
* Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
* A brief description of the fault or damage
* Details of the resolution requested (replacement, refund, parts, etc.)
Providing clear images and information helps us process your claim faster.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
Where eligible, refunds will be returned to the original payment method used during checkout. We cannot process refunds to alternative accounts or payment methods.
Please do not return any item without receiving approval and return instructions from our support team.
Shoply Oz is not responsible for items returned incorrectly or without authorization.
Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind after purchasing a product.
We may accept change-of-mind return requests if:
* The request is made within 14 days of delivery
* The item is unused and in original condition
* The item is returned in original packaging with all accessories included
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and operational reasons, we do not accept change-of-mind returns for:
* Personal care or hygiene-related products
* Mattresses, bedding, and similar personal-use items
* Opened or used products
* Clearance or final sale items
* Bulk or commercial quantity purchases
Approved change-of-mind returns may be subject to:
* Original shipping charges
* Return shipping costs
* A restocking fee of up to 15% of the item value
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved, customers may be provided with return instructions or a return shipping label where applicable.
Customers are responsible for safely packaging returned products to avoid damage during transit.
Order Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly through our automated fulfilment system. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
If cancellation is approved after processing, administrative or restocking fees may apply.
In the event an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
